★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super store! Best service in town! Last year I bought a juicer at Karaca Avenue Bodrum. Unfortunately, this product broke down within the warranty period. Defect devices have to be sent in for inspection through the Karaca website. This gave me some difficulties because of the Turkish language. Went back to Karaca Avenue to ask if they could help me with this online, filling out all the necessary fields etc. But unfortunately the very unfriendly sales lady just told me that I had to do it myself on their website or call their service number starting with 444 something. And off she was….she did not want to assist me with it. Tried it again at home online but I got stuck trying to upload the pictures. Then I called Karaca centre Çarşı, Atatürk Cd. NO:30/A (franchisees) and they said, just come by, we will help you with this. They even carefully wrapped and packed the juicer for me in a box. The only thing I had to do was to drop it of at the post office. Super service, very friendly competent staff members. Highly recommended!
