Musteri memnuniyet sıfır bir magaza. Satin aldigim urunun kargo ile gelmesini talep ettim 2 takim aldigim urunu 8 gun icinde bir takim gonderildi 21 gun oldu diger takim hala yok gorusmlerde kimse sorumluluk ustlenmiyor. Bu surecte en az 10 kez telefon gorusmesi yaptim ve bugunde dahil yaptigim gorusmede elimizde yok tedarik edip gondeririz diyorlar. Is takibi berbat.
KARACA HOME
Customer satisfaction is zero. I demanded that the product I bought come with cargo. 2 sets of products that I bought were sent in 8 days, a team was 21 days, the other team is still not available. During this process, I made a phone call at least 10 times, and they say that we do not have any talks in the conversation I do today. Job tracking sucks.

I strongly do not recommend Karaca electronic products, do not buy, they do not have an authorized service, they serve other companies in the branches they serve under the name of authorized service. I've been waiting for 1 gasket for about 3 months, and it probably won't come.
