★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezalet bir mağaza. Mağaza görevlileri kaba ve saygısız. Ayıplı ürün satıp sorunu çözmek yerine müşterilerine kendilerince belirledikleri saçma sapan prosedürler uygulamaya çalışan, ürün değişimi yapmayan yetersiz personeller. Yetkililer umarım görür. Ve gereğini yapar. Tüketici hakem heyeti cimer şikayet var olmak üzere tüm hakkımı savunacağım yerlere başvurumu yaptım. Aman dikkatli olun sizi de kandırmasınlar.
 A disgrace store. The shop assistants are rude and disrespectful. Instead of selling defective products and solving the problem, inadequate personnel who try to apply ridiculous procedures determined by their customers and do not change products. I hope the authorities will see it. And it does what it takes. The consumer arbitration committee made my application to the places where I would defend all my rights including a complaint. Be careful, they don't fool you either.

Gittim seçtim iki tane takım, fiyatlarını sordum toplam 1900 oldu. kasaya gittiğimde ise 2 bin kaç yüzün üzerine çıktı. güya sistemde öyle çıkıyormuş. bir üründe olabilir, ama birden iki farklı üründe nasıl olur böyle?! bari etiketi düzeltin o zaman! milleti kandırmayın! zamanımı ve moralimi boşuna harcadım. yöneticilerine seslenmek istiyorum: personelinizi daha iyi eğitin!
I complain about the employees at the Anatolium branch of Karaca. I went, I chose two teams, I asked the prices, it was 1900 in total. When I went to the checkout, it was over 2 thousand several hundred. supposedly it turns out so in the system it may be in one product, but how about two different products at once ?! At least fix the tag then! Don't fool the nation! I wasted my time and morale in vain. I want to call out to managers: better train your staff!

A kind gentleman helped us. There was a discount on the products, it was not written on the product, it was a surprise at the checkout :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiyatları diğer mağazalara göre çok daha hesaplı. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Yanlış hatırlamıyorsam Alparslan isimli bir arkadaş bizimle çok ilgilendi. Hediye almak için uğradım ama ilk fırsatta kendim için de bir şeyler alacağım.
Prices are much more affordable than other stores. Employees were very engaged. If I remember correctly, a friend named Alparslan took great care of us. I stopped by to buy a gift, but I will buy something for myself as soon as possible.

It's a crappy store. Super communication while selling the products, ignorant talk about the defective products after selling them. I've been dealing with the products I bought from here for 4 months. KARACA IS REGRET ... THIS STORE IS MANY REGRET...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mağaza müdürü ve çalışanlar aşırı saygısızız, kaba, ve müşteriyle nasıl iletişim kuracağını bilmiyorlar. 650 liralık alışveriş yaptığımızda poşet parasını bozukları olmadığı için almadılar. Ardından poşet parası istediler. Kartımız yoktu nakit almadılar. Zaten 650 liralık alışveriş yapmışız 75 kuruş poşete para mı vermeyeceğiz sanki ? Sonrasında da mağaza müdürü denen şahıs bağırarak, çağırarak “çekin şunların kartından” diye bağırdı ve üstümüze yürüdü 4 sene öncede aynı durumu yaşamıştık. Mağaza müdürünün acilen psikolojik tedaviye başlaması lazım. Kesinlikle gitmeyin, almayın. Rezalet.
The store manager and staff are extremely disrespectful, rude, and don't know how to communicate with the customer. When we shopped for 650 liras, they did not take the money for the bags because they did not have any change. Then they asked for bag money. We didn't have a card, they didn't take cash. We already shopped for 650 liras, are we not going to pay for 75 cents bags? Afterwards, the person called the store manager shouted and shouted "Get out of their card" and walked up to us. We had the same situation 4 years ago. The store manager needs to start psychological treatment immediately. Definitely don't go, don't buy. Disgrace.
