Unbelievably uninterested. It is as if only the Karaca store sells the products in question and they behave as if there is no competition in the world. The loser is only KARACA. Customer alternatives are unlimited. If it goes like this, you will be limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tek kelime ile berbat bir Ortam, müşteriye karşı havalı tavırlar sanki bana çok özel bi mağazaymış gibi davranışlar sergiliyorlar. Müdür denilen Bayan ayrı bir telden ötüyor zaten. Karaca bi el atmalı bu işletmeye olmaz böyle. Terbiyesizlikte sınır tanımayan insanlara iş verilmez.

The roe should throw a hand, not this business. People who know no boundaries in rudeness are not employed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asla hiçbir çalışan ilgilenmez, aldığınız her ürünü kontrol edin mutlaka kırık çıkıyor içinden, iade ya da değişim alıyor lakin niye iki kere uğraşalım. 30/09/2021 de mağazadan adrese teslim mastermaid power aldım, bugün (16/11/2021) arıyorum haberleri yok. Serdivan avm Karaca mağazasının korkunç bir hizmet anlayışı var, yazık.
No employee is ever interested, check every product you buy, it is definitely broken, it comes out broken, we get returns or exchanges, but why bother twice. I bought mastermaid power from the store on 30/09/2021, I'm calling today (16/11/2021), no news. Serdivan shopping mall Karaca store has a terrible service mentality, it's a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serdivan avm karaca mağazası , personel yetersizliğinden mi bilmiyorum kasada çok uzun süre bekletiliyoruz . İlk defa olsa normal karsilardim tekrar olunca dikkatimi çekti. Birbirleriyle uyum içinde çalışma yok kimin ne yaptığı belli değil eminim işini iyi yapanlar da vardır. Ayrıca mağaza ürünler için çok küçük kalıyor. Her şey sıkışık vaziyette insanlar da geçemiyor. Dolayısıyla verimsiz ve memnuniyetsiz bir alışveriş oluyor .
Serdivan shopping mall karaca store , I don't know if it is due to lack of staff , we are kept waiting for a very long time at the cash register . If it was the first time, I would have considered it normal, when it happened again, it caught my attention. There is no working in harmony with each other, it is not clear who is doing what, I am sure there are those who do their job well. Also, the store is too small for products. Everything is cramped so people can't get through. Therefore, it becomes an unproductive and dissatisfied shopping.
