Müşteri ile sipariş görüşmesi yapan personelin fiyat ve ödeme şartlarında yetkilendirilmemiş olması ve her adımda patronuna sorması müşteri olarak beni biraz yordu. Sonuçta siparişimizi verip ürünümüzü aldık ama uzun bir müzakere süreci yaşamak zorunda kaldık
