★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es lindo tiene un grupo de habitaciones subterráneas y otras normales. El 50% del personal es amable. No se pueden utilizar las instalaciones adicionales que ofrecen si no compras sus paquetes de spa (hamam). El hotel queda muy alejado de los lugares más concurridos por lo que si compras paquetes turísticos de un día serás el primero es ser recogido y el ultimo en ser dejado en el hotel. Hay opciones con mejor precio y vista especialmente en la zona de Ürgüp o Göreme. El precio no tiene nada que ver con la calidad.
The hotel is nice there is a group of underground rooms. 50% staff is kind. You can't use all facilities if you sont buy their spa packages for example the Hamam. The hotel is so far of the touristic sites if you will stay there and you will booked touristic packages your will be the first of being picked up and the last who arrived the hotel. There is a lot of better options with better price and views specially in Ürgüp and Göreme. The price doesn't match with the quality.

The hotel is very far from the most crowded places so if you buy one-day tour packages you will be the first to be picked up and the last to be left at the hotel. There are options with a better price and view especially in the Ürgüp or Göreme area. Price has nothing to do with quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öncelikle geçen hafta eşimin araştırmasi ile birlikte 80 dakikalık spa için anlaştık.İlk karşılamada bilgi ve kayıt için konuşmaya çalıştığımızda görevli beyefendinin bizi sürekli ağzımızı tam kapatın demesi beni çok itti orda baya sinir oldum..sonra spa sauna buhar odası derken masajda bayanların gözü sürekli saate olması hiç hoş değil...biz tam ücretin hakkını anlamadan kese bitti bu kadar dediler ama bende saate bakıyorum bu arada tam 10 dakika erken bitirdiler,daha da düşünmem tavsiye de etmiyorum..iyice araştırın öyle gidiniz ..
First of all, we agreed with my wife's research last week for an 80-minute spa.When we tried to talk for information and registration at the first reception, the gentleman in charge always said close our mouths and I was very nervous there. It is not nice at all ... they said that the bag was over before we understood the full price, but I look at the clock, by the way, they finished exactly 10 minutes early, I do not think about it anymore, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öncelikle oda servisi kötü, odalarda basıklık mevcut. Su giderinden inanılmaz derecede kötü koku geliyor. Sular ilk geceki konaklamamızda iyiydi fakat diğer günler soğuk akmaya başladı. Personel hariç işletme anlayışsız, bir o kadar da negatif tavırlar sergiliyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmeyeceğim bir yer.
First of all, room service is bad, rooms are flat. Unbelievably bad odor coming from the water drain. The waters were fine during our first night's stay but other days it started to run cold. Except for the staff, the business exhibits insensitive and negative attitudes. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayatımda gördüğüm en anlayışsız,en negatif oteldi.Çay istediğimizde bize “akşamdan kalma bayat çay var içerseniz” diye cevap verdiler. Nevşehirde görülebilecek her yere uzak (göreme,3 hisar,avanos vb.). Fiyat ve performans rezalet. Banyo kanalizasyon kokuyo,sular soğuk akıyo,oda rutubet kokuyo. Fotoğraflara aldanıp geldik siz de aynı tuzağa düşmeyin asla önermiyorum.
It was the most unsympathetic and negative hotel I've ever seen in my life. When we asked for tea, they replied, "There is stale tea if you drink it". It is far from every place that can be seen in Nevşehir (goreme, 3 hisar, avanos, etc.). Price and performance are crap. The bathroom smells of sewage, the water is running cold, the room smells damp. We've been deceived by the photos, I don't recommend you to fall into the same trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yorumlarina bakarak tercih ettik ve gittik. Otel Yol üstü bir otel, ilk geldiğimizde doğru yere mi geldik diye tereddüt ettik. Hatta içeri girip ilk olarak odalari ve spa bölümünü gezdik ve öyle kalmaya karar verdik. Spa hizmetinden, odalarin temizliğinden, personelin ilgisinden, otelin iç mimari kalitesinden hakikaten çok memnun kaldık. Otel sahibi sürekli denetimde zaten, kahvaltisi çok iyiydi, tavsiye ederim. Otelden cikarken arkamizdan su bile doktuler. :)
We chose it based on the reviews and went. The Hotel is on the road. When we first came, we hesitated whether we had come to the right place. We even went inside and first visited the rooms and the spa and decided to stay that way. We were really pleased with the spa service, the cleanliness of the rooms, the attention of the staff, and the interior design quality of the hotel. The owner of the hotel is already under constant control, the breakfast was very good, I recommend it. As we were leaving the hotel, they even poured water behind us. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 2 nights at the hotel in December 2020, leisure trip, from entering door to exit was one perfect experience,from hotel to staff are just amazing and make you feel really comfortable, we stayed at premier cave suit, one of the best experience. I will recommend to everyone to at least try once, it's slightly away
