The staff is trying to do a good job compared to other institutions, but one problem is that when there is a lack of documents outside of the district, you have to go to the district.

I am the owner of a private house, villa and various constructions in Kandira Ağva and Şile regions. During these processes, I went to the title deed several times. More systematic than land registry offices in Istanbul. I was very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İşlerin yoğun olduğu ve çalışanlarında bu durumdan pek memnun olmadığı ve işlerin çok ağır yürüdüğü bir yer. Kandıra daki resmi dairelerde genel bir sıkıntı bu zaten.
It is a place where things are intense and employees are not very satisfied with this situation and things are very slow. This is a general problem in official offices in Kandira.

I bought a plot of land in Kefken. They said zoning, they said arrangement, they said expansion, they couldn't fix things for 8 months. The title deed to the municipality, the municipality, the zoning is throwing the ball to the crown. I can't build a house. At least I want to put a container, it is not allowed. Government offices are always working hard.
