★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people working at this company are very retarded. This is definitely the worst bus company in turkey. First they told me that there was a problem with my passport when there wasn’t and then to get off the bus at Ağrı where I was stranded they are losers and idiots and I hate them. I hope they go bankrupt. Never ride with this company.
