A very nice campground. We made a reservation and came. Thanks to Mr. Gokhan, he is very interested and hospitable. The area is very well preserved and the nature is wonderful. It is forbidden to enter the lake, but you can canoe. It's pretty fun.

A clean and tidy campsite suitable for individual and group camps. The operators are doing all they can to help. The road is not bad, it can be reached by any vehicle. There is water and WC. It gets cold at night, take your precautions.

It's a perfect area, the park attendant Mr. Gökhan is very caring, someone who will meet your every need. The area is very pleasant in every way. Definitely a must visit place. We definitely recommend you to try Kano, it was very enjoyable. The roads are not as unbelievably bad as written in other reviews, of course not very nice, but we reached without a problem with a small city car. Don't forget to call and get information and make a reservation before you go.

I was so satisfied with the camp I went to, planning to stay for 3-4 days, that I spent 10 days extending my vacation and canceling other plans. WHY? The camp is located in the Brown Bear Eğriova Nature Park. As far as I learned there, it was mainly operating as a training area that aims to provide scout groups and school-age children with bush camp trainings and competency in areas such as survival skills, direction finding, team spirit, and scouting abilities within the scope of EU projects. However, since schools are closed due to the pandemic, schools and scout groups cannot attend their routine camp training. But the camp is ready and available in terms of infrastructure. Therefore, since it was designed with children in mind, you can guess how much nature, safe and equipped with capacity. WHO IS COMING? At the moment, normal campers, nature observers, sports groups, travelers, documentarians, families, children and young people benefit from it. The profile of the people who visit the camp is really decent. TERMS / FACILITIES A RESERVATION MUST BE MADE WHEN COMING TO THE CAMP. It is not a place to be visited while you are waving your hand, but since its capacity is limited, do not go without a reservation to guarantee your place. *When you come with your own vehicle for transportation, I should mention that the roads after Beypazarı are quite bad secondary roads. For this reason, it is both difficult and long to reach. Reservation is very important in order not to come back. * There is no telephone network in the camp area. There is no pulling corner. The closest place is Karaşar village, 15-20 km away. * If you want, you can connect to the main camp building via wifi via satellite and provide your business and emergency communication. * The fire can only be lit in the areas designated by the camp authorities, during the allowed hours. Fire is strictly prohibited after 10 pm. *It was cool during the day and cold (for me) at night. (It was 5-6 degrees at night during the feast at the end of July) Bring fleece, long sleeved, warm clothes according to him. Have closed shoes. *There is no facility that provides food and beverage, no canteen. You must bring your own. But there is a common kitchen/dining area that you can use there. You can find cupboards, plates, knives etc. *Common WC/Bathrooms are cleaned every day. Soap and toilet paper are not missing. *The water flowing from the fountains in the camping area is natural spring water. You can drink blood from every tap with peace of mind. * You need to collect your garbage in the garbage bins in your camp area. *Even though it is not forbidden to fence the core, I wanted to mention it here because it is one of the hard-to-clean wastes and it is a very recurring problem. Never throw the nut shells directly on the ground. They clean up behind you with their hands. What a pity! * You bring your own equipment such as tents, sleeping bags, blankets, mats etc. (But the camp officer, Gökhan Bey, helps you with your shortcomings in every way. Even a separate topic can be opened for Mr. Gökhan. Because common sense, from transportation, settling, lighting a fire, getting on a canoe, the management of the camp, its cleaning, supply of consumables, first aid, and pleasant conversation and guest relations. He cares about and helps as much as he can.) ACTIVITIES *Canoe: You tell Mr. Gökhan, he puts you on your life jacket at the pier, gives you a short training orientation, puts you on the canoe, waves you from behind, lowers you to the lake and greets you on the way back. *Trekking: You can walk around the lake or in the camping area by following the walking paths to the depths of the forest. *There are edible endemic species and plants that you can collect around. Nettle, Mushroom, St. St. John's Wort, brook mint, rock thyme, fresh pine cones are the ones that come to my mind all at once. Collect, dry, save and heal. *Waterfowl, fish, frogs, large anthills, termites, birds of prey are always visible. I haven't seen the most, but deer, bear, pig can also be seen. It is about 2-2.5 hours away from Ankara. You exit the highway after an average of 70 km and switch to a slightly damaged asphalt road of 50 km. Your speed is around 70-80 km. A very bad road is waiting for you, your speed is around 10-20 km. After that, forget the phone and the internet. Follow the curved plain plateau sign, a small sign hanging on a tree. Then you enter the nature park and a wonderful view awaits you ? it's worth the ordeal. You can start to spend time alone with the immaculate nature. There is no internet-phones, the toilets are clean, there is natural spring water as drinking water. You can use it. Take an empty jerrycan with you. It is free to make barbecues and fires for the camp. It is very calm and there is a maximum of 4-5 tents. The owners are very friendly and helpful, thank you again from here?
