En az 6 saat önceden değişiklik yapılması konusunda yönetim kurulun daki yetkililer karar almışlar. Bana başka bir bilet keserek yani 2 kişilik daha ücreti ödeme yaparsam beni ankara ya erken saat te yani 12. 00 arabasına yer vere bileceklerini söylemeleri üzerine bende PAMAUKKALE firmasına giderek 2 kişilik bilet aldım ve Ankara ya dönüş yaptık. Yapmış oldukları bu hizmet anlayışını kabul etmeyerek firmayı değiştirme hakkımı kullandım. Bundan sonrada bu firmayı kullanımayı düşünmüyoruz. I bought a round trip ticket from Ankara to Antalya in August 2019 We had no problems going from Ankara to Antalya, return from Antalya 4 hours before the ticket time to go to the Antalya car station said they can not take the ticket forward customer service also called the same answer They agreed. By cutting me another ticket, that is, if I pay the fee for 2 more people, they told me that they would know to give me a room for 12.00 hours in Ankara or early hours, so I went to PAMAUKKALE and bought a ticket for 2 people and made a return to Ankara. I have used my right to change the company by not accepting this service concept. After that we do not intend to use this company.

A	Adem Kalender on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir daha bu firmayla yolculuk yapmayı düşünmüyorum.tavsiyede etmiyorum çünkü; Ankara dan İzmire saat 23.00 seferiyle gittik.saat 06.55 te İzmirde indik.şehir içi servisler saat başı götürüyormuş. saat 07 de servis yok.bir saat bekledik 08 deki servis geldi bu seferde bornova servisine yolcu fazlalığı nedeni ile binemedik.yani sizin anlayacağınız 8 saat te Ankaradan izmire geldik ancak 3 saatte ancak evimize gidebildik. I do not plan to travel with this company again. I do not recommend it because; We went from Ankara to İzmir at 23.00. We landed in İzmir at 06.55. The city shuttles take us every hour. There is no service at 07. We waited for an hour. The service at 08 came. This time, we could not board the Bornova service due to the excess of passengers. As you can see, we came to Izmir from Ankara in 8 hours, but we could only go home in 3 hours.
