★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteri hizmetlerini defalarca aramamıza rağmen baglanmadı. Biletimiz yandı iptal ettiremedik. Tekrar yeni bilet almak zorunda kaldık ücreti iade bile etmediler. Fiyatların yüksek olduğu zamanlarda şu zor günlerde bide kamil koç paramıza göz dikmiş yazıklar olsun. Aman diyim güvenmeyin bileti alırken dikkati alın yanlış alırsanız ne saati düzeltiyorum ne ücreti iade ediyorlar.
Despite calling the customer service many times, it did not connect. Our ticket was burned, we could not cancel it. We had to buy new tickets again and they didn't even refund the fee. Shame on us kamil coach coveted our money in these difficult days when prices are high. I'm telling you, don't trust, be careful when buying the ticket, if you get it wrong, I will not fix the time nor refund the fee.
