They are selling scam Pamukalle tours in this office.

This is not Kamil koc ! Even for a taxi ! They charged me 75 lira per person from Their office to Denizli station and said include the train ticket to selcuk. At the end they just bought me a 17.5 lira ticket ! But I need 35 ticket to selcuk!

Don't book anything from here. They are liars! We arrived Denizli with a night bus. This agency was the terminal of the shuttle from Denizli to Pamukkale. The bald guy asked us to book the shuttle to the airport immediately so he could arrange the route. Being not able to think, we paid much higher than the market price just for convenience. That's not the worst thing, we were stood up! We waited in front of the hotel for almost an hour! Luckily the hotel reception was a nice guy that he went to this agency and tried to figure out what happened. 2 minutes right after the reception guy came back, the one and only shuttle finally showed up. The driver took us to a middle of nowhere, got all our luggages out and told us to wait for another bus. Excuse me?! We were paying to go the the airport DIRECTLY, not just for transfer!!! Well, we finally got to the airport in time. But i would suggest anyone who sees this comment not to book anything from here. 真的建議不要聽這個光頭的任何話！我們就是在牆壁上看到很多台灣人寫的評論說這光頭有多好才傻傻被騙 結果發現他專挑亞洲臉孔下手覺得我們就算被騙了也不會跟他計較 結果差點錯過我們的班機 請看到這則評論的朋友記得我們的教訓 搭夜巴頭腦不清楚的時候 不要衝動做決定

The guy from Pamukkale office pretend very nice and sell tours and activities to you. Once you pay they will not do anything and they talk complete different stories. Totally a fraud! Never never trust them! Don’t even worth a star!

Scam! No professionalism !!! A man from this office came to see us to sell us an activity (rafting, quad) in Antalya, and we gladly accepted. However the bus which was supposed to come and pick us up a never came, this person took all the information from our passports, please don't trust him!!!! We are gonna contact the customer service to solve this!

The worst ever!!! The bald guy is worst guide ever!! He just want to take our money and give you the worst service He wanted to transfer us to the southern gate with extra 20 ! And he’s forcing us to buy his service !! No need to talk about the attitude or the rudeness he was talking ! The shuttle to the airport was a disaster!! They overbook the seats and people were sitting in the middle! Please take care and don’t ever ride or book with them Just call the taxi station and it’s a way better and you don’t need any service from them.
