 The service captains were nice but didn't cancel the ticket I got. I called my Journey was canceled I had to go 5h mUyormuş be canceled when the stay is less than 6 hours. Then I'm going to try different firms

I don't understand why you can eat while traveling. I guess Covid does not get infected while eating. Congratulations, I hope you don't "have to" use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kullanılan otobüs eski, surekli bozuldu. Her yerinden ses geliyor. Araç içi pis. Şoförler yolları bile bilmiyor. İki kere yanlış yolda ilerlediğimiz için geri döndü otobüs. Muavin araç içinde istifa etti. İçecek bile yok araçta. Ankara - Samsun yolculuğu 8 saat sürdü. Yürüyerek gidin Kamil Koç ile gitmeyin.
The bus used is old, it broke down constantly. Sound is coming from everywhere. The interior is filthy. Drivers don't even know the roads. The bus turned back because we went on the wrong road twice. The assistant resigned in the vehicle. There is no drink in the car. Ankara - Samsun journey took 8 hours. Go on foot, don't go with Kamil Koç.
