I do my travels with this company. The branches within the city are also very good but the staff working are very untrained and poor quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14:30 otobüsü ile Ankara ya yolculuk yaptık. Koltuğum bozuktu. Muavin arkadaşa söyledim ne yapabilirim diye cevap verdi. En azından sefer sonrası tamir edilebilir. İlk defa böyle bir şey ile karşılaşıyorum Kamil Koç olmadı.
We traveled to Ankara with the 14:30 bus. My seat was broken. The clerk replied to the friend, "What can I do?" He replied. At least it can be repaired after the trip. It is the first time that I encounter such a thing, Kamil Koç did not.

Artik bu firmanin eski kalitesinde oldugunu dusunmuyorum. Son 3 seyahatimde ciddi sorunlar yasadim. " Ne yapabilirim, yapacak biseyimiz yok" gibi cevaplar aliyorum.
Aracin bagajina koydugumuz muhabbet kusu icin bi laf salatasi yapildi. Yok sesten uyutmazmis. Can guvenligini tehlikeye sokarmis.
Bundan sonra tercihim baska firmalar olacak.
Sozde there is a 10% discount. In other companies, the normal price is even cheaper than the discounted price of K.Koc.
I do not think that this company is of old quality anymore. I have had serious problems on my last 3 trips. I get answers like "What can I do, we have nothing to do".
A word salad was made for the talk we put in the trunk of the vehicle. No sound did not sleep. It endangered the safety of life.
From now on, my preference will be other companies.

Benim bulunduğum ve gitmek istediğim noktalar arasındaki seferler bunu gerektiriyor. Örneğin Artvin'e seyahat etmek istesem hem gidiş hem dönüş için mecburen farklı firmalar söz konusu olurdu.
I usually travel with this company. I don't have any complaints, but I can't say that other companies are worse or better. The flights between where I'm going and what I want to go to require. For example, if I wanted to travel to Artvin, different companies would have to be obliged for both departure and return.
