Even local companies offer better quality service than you, delayed bus services, not being able to reach customer service for 35 minutes during working hours, etc. When we ask your employees, we get casual answers as if we have to wait, you are in a really mediocre situation.

En erken araç diye talep ettiğim firmaydı en geç giden firma oldu. Gerçekten nasıl bu kadar özensiz olabiliyorsunuz anlamıyorum. Geç kalacaksanız neden o saatleri yazıp insanları kandırıyorsunuz. Asla önermiyorum. Bir daha da tercih etmeyeceğim. Çevremdekileri de bu konuda özellikle uyaracağım. Çalışanlarınızdan da hiç memnun kalmadım. Dışarıdaki personel içeri içerideki personel de zıtlaşıp kime isterseniz şikayet edebilirsiniz dedi. Bu mu yani müşteri tutuşunuz. Resmen rezalet. 1 yıldız bile çok.
It's a decent company. Clocks are definitely ticking. There is no proper explanation. We are officially disgraced with our money, I never recommend it. It was the company that I requested as the earliest vehicle, and it was the company that left the last. I really don't understand how you can be so careless. If you're going to be late, why are you deceiving people by writing those hours? I never recommend. I will not choose again. I will especially warn those around me about this. I am not at all satisfied with your employees. The staff outside also clashed with the inside staff and said that you can complain to whomever you want. Is that your customer engagement? It's a real mess. Even 1 star is too much.

Is the multimedia screen broken in the vehicle that makes the 24-hour Istanbul Van expedition? We did not see such a thing on the 2 hour road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never use it. The worst bus I have ever used. I took the bus from Istanbul to Nevşehir which was about 12 hours. I was sitting next to the window and a very hot hair was coming out underneath my seat. It was really uncomfortable. I asked the driver and his assistant to give me another seat while more than half of the bus was empty. Instead of helping me, the driver and his assistant got very angry and yelled at me. The worst service. A very uncomfortable transportation. Very expensive, too. Much cheaper buses existed, but I paid more wishing a more comfortable ride. Never happened.
