★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamil koçla ilk ve son kez seyahat edişim olucak. Televizyonlar çalışmıyo koltuklar desen rahat değil. Yorgunluktan ayaklarım şişmişti ve terliklerimi ayağımdan çıkarmıştım. Bunun üzerine muavinin gelip ayakkabımı giymemi söyledi hadsizce. Nedeni ise rahatsız olmasıymış. Kaç kez otobusle seyahat ettim hiç böyle bişeyle karşılaşmadım. Ayak kokusu olması zaten söz konusu olamaz ben günde 5 vakit namaz kılan bi insanım ve daima abdestleniyorum. Yani öyle bişe olsa bile ben kendi utancımdan terliklerimi zaten çıkarmazdım. Ki ayağımda ayakkabı yokki de ayaklarım terlediğinden koksun. Onun üzerine bide surat asıyo. Kesinlikle iş ahlakını öğrenememişsiniz!!
 It's the first and last time I've ever traveled with a coach. The televisions do not work and the seats are not comfortable. My feet were swollen from exhaustion and I slipped my slippers off my feet. Then the assistant said to me to wear my shoes. The reason was that he was uncomfortable. How many times have I traveled by bus and never encountered anything like this. I can't have foot odor anyway. I am a person who prays 5 times a day and I am always ablated. I mean, even if it did, I wouldn't take my slippers off my shame. Which I don't have shoes on, so my feet are sweating. I put a bidet on him. You certainly haven't learned business ethics !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lastiklerde var olan bir sorunla bizi İstanbul'a götürüyorlar. Lastiklerdeki sorun belki bize kaza yaptıracak ama koskoca Kamil Koç yedek bir otobüs bulup da yolcu edemedi bizi. Tangır tungur sekiz saat yol gideceğiz, Allah vermesin, bi' kaza falan olmazsa.
With a tire problem, they take us to Istanbul. The problem with the tires may cause us an accident, but the huge Kamil Koç could not find a spare bus and pass us on. We will go cluttering for eight hours, God forbid, if there is no accident or something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asla beğenmiyorum çok fırsatçı olmuşlar hem bilet parası hem bagaj parasi alıyorlar yıllarca kamil koc ile yolculuk yaptım artık başka firma deneyeceğim.
I never like it, they are very opportunistic. They take both ticket money and baggage allowance. I traveled with Kamil Koc for years, now I will try another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gece 02.30 daki otobüs için en az 1 saat rötar verip bunu bildirme gereği bile duymayan sorumsuz insanlarla dolu bir firma. Ne zaman kullansam en az 1 saat rötar yaşadım. Bir daha çok mecbur kalmadıkça kullanmayacağım. Aldıkları paranın 1 kuruşunu haketmiyorlar. Güya Flixbus'ın Türkiye ayağı olacaklar. Avrupa'da dakikası dakikasına çalışan firma Türkiye'ye gelince ne hikmetse hiçbir işi düzgün beceremiyor. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum.
A company full of irresponsible people who delay at least 1 hour for the bus at 02.30 at night and do not even feel the need to report it. Every time I used it, I experienced at least an hour of delay. I won't be using it again unless I absolutely have to. They don't deserve a penny of the money they get. Supposedly, they will be the Turkey leg of Flixbus. The company, which works minute by minute in Europe, cannot do anything properly when it comes to Turkey. I never recommend.

It is one of the biggest companies in Turkey, yes it is true, but customer satisfaction is not as good as its size, in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gidiş ve dönüş güzargahlarım bu firmayla oldu, dönüşü de önceden almamış olsam bu firmayla geri dönmezdim, en ucuz firmalarla bile daha önce aynı yolları gidip geldim ama böyle rezillik çekmedim, ne bir sunum var ne bir tv kanalı var, internet şifresini veriyorlar o bile işlemiyor, bir de tüm hizmetler var diye en pahalı ücreti bile ödedim, ikram yok, bir su veriyorlar onun boşunu bile almıyorlar; her iki otobüstede aynıydı, diğer firma şöförleri sigara içiyorlardı çok kavga etmiştim, jandarmaya bile çevirmede şikayet etmiştim, jandarma ilgilenmemişti elde resim video yok diye, ama bu şöförler o konuda hassas, hiç içmediler, ama Denizli'de servis şöförü araç içinde içti ilgilenmedim artık sabah sabah, #Kırıkkalebelediyesi ne gelirsek; sigara içenlere çöp kutularını maşaallah otobüslerin yanaştıkları yerde hemen kapıların açıldığı yere koymuşlar, düşünen ve yapan aklı buradan tebrik ediyorum, bütün pis duman ve koku araçların içinde! My departure and return routes were with this company, I wouldn't return with this company if I didn't get the return before, I went the same way even with the cheapest companies before but I didn't get such disgrace, there is no presentation, there is no TV channel, they don't even give internet password. I also paid the most expensive fee because they have all the services, no refreshments, they give a water, they don't even take the money; it was the same on both buses, the other company drivers were smoking a lot of fighting, I had even complained to the gendarmerie, the gendarmerie was not interested in getting a picture video lest, but these drivers were sensitive about it, they did not drink, but I was not interested in the service driver in the car in the morning morning, # Kirikkalebelediyesi what we come; smoker to the garbage cans where mashaallah buses approached the place where the doors were opened immediately, who think and congratulate the mind here, all the dirty smoke and smell in the vehicles! Shame on that engineer or contractor
