★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manzarası çok güzel fakat önünüzde herhangi bir bina yoksa :) Kışın ulaşım zorlaşıyor ama kiraların uygunluğu tercih sebebi, otoparkları her binanın onunde yeterince var. 3 tip toki evleri var yeni binalar metrekare olarak küçük ama eski tokiler alan olarak doyuruyor. Eski toki içten yalıtımlı cogu bina sonradan distan yalıtım yaptirmak zorunda kalmış yeni binalarda bu problem yok. En önemli yeni özellik ise doğalgaz
