★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 ay sonunda hocanın ilgisi ve desteği ile tam 12 kilo verdim. Kadınlara özel ayrı bir salonun olması özellikle tesettürlü bayanlar için muhteşem. Plates dersleri oldukça eğlenceli ve verimli geçiyor. Salon her gün temizleniyor ve dezenfekte ediliyor covid için tüm önlemler alınmış durumda. Ben devam etmeyi düşünüyorum herkese de tavsiye ederim.
 At the end of 3 months, with the care and support of the teacher, I lost 12 kilos. Having a separate salon for women is especially great for women wearing hijab.
