Beyniniz de mi yok be.. bu nasıl bir cezadır. Hangi beyin nasıl düşünüp taşınıp böyle bir cezaya karar verir.. Ya bir an umut ediyorum çağdaş bilgili ve kültürlü bi topluma doğru gider miyiz diye ama bunları gördükçe herşey boş. Bomboş

Our mayor is really great, he is doing his best, but it should be better. More work is needed to make Kalkandere livable, vehicles parked on the street are not removed, serious fines can be taken for this. There are parking lots in Kalkandere, but people don't like it.
