We had a lovely day out on the boat tour organised by Delfine tours. The whole thing was well organised, a really lovely driver and super comfortable minibus taking us there and back too. Well worth the trip and super reasonably priced. We travelled with a baby too and they made sure a baby car seat was provided and even a bigger car for comfort. Very thoughtful and lovely people! Thank you again!

Kekova boat trip. Booked at office in Kalkan- picked up/dropped off at our villa. Boat wasn't too crowded and the guys on board were really friendly. The tour itself was amazing: good swimming spots, scenery and lunch! The castle and island at Simena were a highlight for me and you should make sure to get an ice cream. £18 each is great value and I thoroughly recommend you take the trip with Define.

Driver collected from our villa on time to the minute. The captain and his crew were absolutely fantastic and so helpful. The food was exceptional. The swimming was out of this world. Such an enjoyable day that will certainly not be forgotten. We could have sat around the pool all day at the villa but what a waste of a holiday. Without doubt we will do this again. I can also confirm that this was 160TL per person, a little over £20 each. Beware of scams! We made a reservation one month ahead of the trip, and paid a reservation fee. According to email communication with the agent, we were supposed to meet in their place in Kalkan by 10:30 am. When we arrived there at 10:10, the seemingly "surprised" agent told us that we were supposed to meet them at a place about 1 hour drive from the office, and that he sent us an email about this at midnight before. It was obviously too late at that point to try to drive there. I think he assumed that everyone should check emails at midnight. Instead of at least apologizing for his obvious mistake, he started blaming us, insisting that checking emails at midnight is what normal people should do, and that we probably were not "normal". Probably, his boat trip would be ok, but the way he is running his business is ridiculous. CHECK AHEAD WITH HIM ABOUT EVERY DETAIL IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THIS BUSINESS!

0 out of 5 for unprofessional service. When we arrived to the Defined Tours, the agent was smoking outside without paying any attention to us. When he finally appeared, he told us that our boat (preliminary reserved) was leaving from another place, 1 hour drive from the office. It turned out he sent me an e-mail about the new location at 12 am on the morning of the trip. While addressing the situation, he became very rude and defensive blaming me on not checking e-mails in the middle of the night. His words “It is not my problem that you do not check your e-mail during night, I do”… Very sad that our valuable day of vacation was wasted due to the absolute ignorance of this con artist “business”. Last but not least: no apologies from Defined Tours.
