Kurumsallaşma adında ilerlemeleri için içi geçmiş kadroyu değiştirmeleri gerekiyor. Çok küçük şeylerin peşinden koşuyorlar. Görüşme ayarlıyorlar gidiyorsunuz kimseyle görüşemiyorsunuz ertesi gün bidaha çağırıyorlar insanlara ulaşmak için para ödetip iç piyasada sıcak para akışını sağlıyorlar resmen :D Kredi vs çekicekseniz maaş bordronuzu bile veremiyorlar.Dışardan sıcak bir ortam gibi gözüksede içeride kavga vs çıkabiliyor.
It has the worst HUMAN RESOURCES department I've ever seen in my life. They have employees called Duygu and Hande. They don't even speak English. In order to progress in the name of institutionalization, they need to change the past staff. They run after very small things. They arrange a meeting, you go, you can not meet with anyone, the next day they invite people to pay money to reach people and ensure the flow of hot money in the domestic market officially: D Credit etc. they cannot even give your payroll if you are attractive.
