★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Memnun kalmadık kesinlikle, servis çok kötü. Siparişler geç geliyor. Garson sayısı az. Bence bu hizmete fiyatlar fazla. Umarım ilerleyen zamanlarda bu eksikler kapatılır.
Lezzet olarak da ben tatmin olamadım.
 We are definitely not satisfied, the service is very bad. Orders arrive late. Few waiters. I think the price for this service is too high. I hope these shortcomings will be corrected in the future.
In terms of taste, I was not satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mekan olarak kale atmosferi güzel ancak cafe için aynı şeyi diyemem. Türk kahvesi 19₺, çay 7₺ ama fiyatlar verilen hizmet ve kalite ile uyumlu değil. Çalışanlar laçka bir tutuma sahip. Kendi aralarındaki espriler garip hareketler rahatsız edici. Aynı zamanda siparişi unutup oturduğumuz süre boyunca mola veren ve dinlemediğimiz canlı müzik için para talep edebiliyorlar. Alternatif iki cafe daha mevcut. İkinci bir kez daha gidebileceğim bir mekan değil. Tavsiye etmem.
The atmosphere of the castle is nice as a place, but I can't say the same for the cafe. Turkish coffee is 19₺, tea is 7₺, but prices are not in line with the service and quality provided. Employees have a slack attitude. The jokes among themselves, the strange movements, are disturbing. At the same time, they can forget the order and demand money for the live music that we do not listen to and takes a break while we sit. There are two alternative cafes. It's not a place I can go to a second time. I do not recommend.

I paid 22 liras for a hot chocolate. They put boiling water on top of the hot chocolate bought from the soluble market, at least if you made it with milk. Seriously, it's too bad, don't go. It doesn't even deserve a star, scammers.

I think they are paying the cost of digging the extremely expensive castle to the customers, the waiter friends are not interested in the menu, they left 20 minutes, no one left, I asked for lemonade, 14 TL, they bought it from the next door, it was 7 8 liras. Also, disgusting tiktok rap music is playing, all the cakes are filled with tik tok pulling brats.

I've eaten ravioli before. Of course, a dish that should be eaten hot in its place .. was legendary. Coffee made in sand. We specifically asked for the gentleman in the white shirt mentioned in the comments. He did it well and was kind. Let's go sir ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many mistakes, food ordered did not arrive, food not ordered brought instead. Charged extra for things already on combined Ramazan menu. Not very good service. Expensive prices. Wouldn't go back, there are other much better options nearby.
