Kale Mosque Bath (Center) It was built in Sivas city center by Vezir Mahmut Pasha together with Kale Mosque in 1580. It has a charity endowed with a mosque and a bath dated 1584. The bath has survived to the present day in a ruined condition. It is understood from the remains that it consists of cold, warm and hot sections. The hot room has four iwan schemes and a corner room. It was built in Sivas city center by Vezir Mahmut Pasha together with Kale Mosque in 1580. It has a foundation endowed with a mosque and a bath dated 1584. In 1580, the historical Kale Mosque built by Mahmud Pasha, one of the viziers of the 3rd Murat Han, and the ruins of the Castle Hamam next to it were repaired by the General Directorate of Foundations. The mosque, which has been temporarily closed to worship for a while due to the repair, and the ruins of the bath next to it were started after the necessary preparations were completed. The works carried out by a construction company under the control of Sivas Regional Directorate of Foundations are planned to be completed on October 5, 2011, according to the tender specifications. Having received the tender for the repair of Kale Mosque and the ruins of the bath next to it, the firm continues its works in the historical building rapidly. Teams affiliated with the company continue to work on the mosque and the ruins of the bath. Within the framework of the works that started about 10 days ago, the historical mosque and minaret will be strengthened. Various arrangements will be made in the dome and interior of the mosque, which will be strengthened on the floor and walls. The lead layer covering the dome will also be renewed. The historical Kale Mosque from the Ottoman period is among the oldest mosques in the city. Kale Mosque, which has a unity with the historical Buruciye Madrasa, Şifahiye Madrasa, Double Minaret Madrasa and Atatürk Congress and Ethnography Museum, has a single dome and a single minaret.

The bath Kale Hamami / Mahmut Paşa Hamamı was built in 1580 by Vezir Mahmut Paşa together with the adjacent Kale mosque in the city center of Sivas. It is only shown stylistically, as no original remains have remained - but it is historically valuable.
