Dış duvarlarına yapılan sıva sonucunda taş duvarları kaybolmuştu fakat yapılan son tadilat planı sonrasinda tekrar orjinal hâline kavuşmuştur. Arka bahçesi de bu tadilat ile yenilenmiştir biraz daha yeşil içeren bir çalışma olsaydı manzarasi ile birlesen mükemmel bir görsel şölen oluşacaktı. Yakın zamanda bunun için de çalışmaların yapılmasini sabırsızlıkla bekliyorum. The view of this charming mosque built on the skirts of Giresun castle and itself is magnificent. Stone walls disappeared as a result of plastering on the outer walls, but after the last renovation plan, it regained its original form. The back garden was also renovated with this renovation. If there was a work with a little more green, a perfect visual feast would be combined with the view. I look forward to doing the work for this soon.

Kaleye çıkan yolda solda, adliye binasının hemen yanında bulunmaktadır. Manzaraya hakim bir tepede bulunan camiinin, iç işlemeleri kayda değerdir. Tarihine gelirsek, Caminin ilk olarak, Osmanlı döneminde Müslümanların oturduğu Lonca Mahallesi’nde Hacı Muhiddin Ağa tarafından inşa edildiği tahmin edilmektedir. Kitabeden eserin 1830’da Dizdarzade Ematullah Hatun tarafından yeniden inşa edildiği anlaşılmaktadır. Bugünkü şeklini ise eşraftan Hacı Mustafa Efendi’nin 1913 yılında ikinci kez inşası ile almıştır. Caminin bahçe duvarına bitişik olan çeşme ise 1921-1924 yıllarında, aynı aileden Eşref Efendi tarafından yaptırılmıştır.
