M	Mehmet Güleş on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Batıkent gibi bir yerde kajun acilmasina çok sevinmiştik. Arkadaşlarımızla binbir umutla gittik. Fakat garsonlar seslenince bile bakmıyorlar. Belki duymadilar dedik ama bu durum başkaları seslenince de oldu. Servis inanılmaz yavaş geliyor. Bir yemeğin siparişi yarım saatte hazirlanmaz diye düşünüyorum. Onun dışında lezzet olarak güzel. We were very happy to open a cashew in a place like Batıkent. We went with our friends with a thousand hopes. But the waiters don't even look when they call. We said maybe they didn't hear it, but this also happened when others called. Service is incredibly slow. I think that a meal cannot be ordered in half an hour. Other than that, it's good in taste.

Siparişler çok geç alınıyor, istekler dinlenmiyor, karşılanmıyor, eksik getiriliyor, çalışanların birbirlerine olan konuşma ve tavırları berbat. Yemekleri fiyat performans olaraksa gayet iyi. The place is always crowded, so I don't know if there is zero interest in the customer. Orders are taken very late, requests are not listened to, they are not met, they are brought incompletely, the conversations and attitudes of the employees to each other are terrible. The food is quite good in terms of price performance.

Ancak garsonların yüz ifadeleri o kadar kötü o kadar isteksiz çalışıyorlar ki el kaldırıyorsun bakmıyorlar göz teması kurmak istiyorsun göz kaçırıyorlar sesleniyorsun duymuyorlar. İçecekle beraber yemek söyledik içecek gelmedi 3 defa gelmediğini zor bela ilettim yine gelmedi. Yalnızca bir garson değil hepsi rezalet. Hele bir garson muhtemelen yaşı küçük o kadar anlamsız hareketleri var ki içecekleri cebindeki çakmakla patlatarak açıyor. Maalesef konumunun harika olduğu böyle bir yerde böyle garsonlarla çok yürümez… The taste, the temperature of the food was really satisfying and good. Acı sos hiçbir masada yoktu, 20 tavuk sipariş ettik acı sos harici kullandığımız sos yok zaten 3 4 garsona söyledik hiç bir masada aci sos yok dediler keyifli yemeğimiz zulme döndü yarısını bırakıp çıktık. Bir mekan bir iyi bir kötü olmaz sorunu çözer bu kapasite bu mekanda yok zaten gittikçe fiyat arttırıyor her seferinde daha yüksek bir fiyatla çıkıyoruz The place is beautiful, but there are very annoying situations. Hamburgercisiniz, kızarmış ürün servis ediyorsunuz 1 adet peçeteyle veriyorsunuz. Bi de hesabı istedikten sonra 10 dk mutlaka bekleme süresi var. Sırf yemeklerin tadı iyi diye gidiyorduk ama doyduk tşk. They didn't bring the food and they didn't serve it :) We asked for a cutlery, it didn't come out yet, they said let's wipe it, they said SILIP?, they put 1 napkin on the table every time we go, it is treated as if something called disinfectant has not been invented, we already passed it. You are a hamburger maker, you serve fried products, and you give them with 1 napkin. There is also a 10-minute waiting period after requesting the account. We were going just because the food tasted good, but we were satisfied.
