KAIRABA Bodrum Princess

It is a good hotel. I recommend. But I have lost my jewelry (chainlet) in your swimming pool. Help me!

Stayed ten days in this Hotel. The Hotel itself looks very nice from the in and outside. The pool and other facilities are great, they especially have a nice gym with all the basics. Staff: very nice and attentive. Most of them did not speak English very well or had problems understanding. Food: Quality was decent and tasted well. It was a little repetitive bc the buffet had mostly simukar food. The staff changed in the second week. The food was the same but the cook at the noodle/omelet bar seemed new and didnt really now how to handle more than 1 pan at a time. The beach right in front of the Hotel is small and has alot of stones but 100m down the road is a bigger beach with sand. Rooms: comfortable and clean. But our view was terrible. We had a sea view room booked and we looked at a hotel next to us and some huge palms. In the corner of the window behind everything one could see a little water but not what I would call sea view. With sea view I expect at least 50% of my actual view to be the see. I see this as a solid 4 -Star review because I'm generally happy with the hotel but I am removing another star simply for the view. It was one of the selling points of the travel agency.

Fairly poor for 5* standards, staff is slow and has little idea of how to help; had to fill in the longest form ever during check-in, all due to Covid, but using shared pen, eh... :-/ Food is okay though.

I recommend this hotel.The room was good,food very delicious (different menu every day with include fish ,sea food,meat and Turkish traditional meals)and very nice service (waiter ,receptionists ).The main disadvantages is small and uncleared beach and entertainment program which could be more interesting.

We stayed for 10 days here and just came back today. Hotel was beyond our expectations. At first glance during the arrival, we were little bit in doubt due to a few reviews from past years but after a few days, both i and my wife said ‘wowwww’. Hotel is just as big as it should be, rooms are clean and well equipped. Masseuse ladies at wellness&spa know how to relax muscles and nerves. Food exceeded our expectations, very delicious and vast varieties. Masterchef Mr. Mehmet is expert in his job. Some reviews had complaints about sea but with a little bit pebbles but mostly soft sand, beach was good and sea water was clean. DJ Mete was very friendly. Boat tour around beaches of Bodrum was excellent. Fatih & Faruk are really good in cocktails, all other bartenders were also very polite and friendly. Pool was also good to spend time around and inside. Overall it was a very good experience.

I enjoyed this place even if there is minuses. It’s good place for taking a rest for a budget price. It’s not luxury place, all is simple but quite comfortable… Pluses: - Realy nice and friendly stuff. Hotel should be proud of them because work is truly hard and stuff still stay friendly.. - Cleaning of room was done each day which is perfect. In some hotel you should beg them to come..super nice housekeepers and waiters, I realy satisfied with the stuff - Big and comfortable rooms with a sea view - nice swimming pool From minuses: - Beach wasn’t good enough, but with many stones, not clean enough. - Food not delicious, seems they economy on products hence it’s not yummy, but still fine because there is lots of options - Restaurant is crowded, because there is a big queue and waiters sometimes slow… - Reception not much friendly Well, anyway I stayed satisfied because price wise is good and service was nice. If you looking for luxury and high level service it won’t happen here… but it’s cozy place to relax your mind for affordable price. Thank you very much Kairaba Princess hotel stuff!

Worst 5-star hotel ever. Never again. We chose this hotel as part of our honeymoon and were greatly disappointed. Firstly, staff and service were unfriendly. Secondly, there was music all the time and we couldn't get a proper sleep. Thirdly, we had ultra everything included package but they couldn't even bring us milk with honey. Forthly, we were supposed to receive a gift as honeymoon couple but they only brought it to us after our 5th call/reminder ( at 10pm just before our morning departure. Not to mention it was only fruits and cheapeast wine. Our previous hotel was in Antalya and they even gave us free restaurant meal for honeymoon. This hotel is waste of money and do not deserve the money paid.

Was really looking forward to staying here boomed a swim up room first holiday with my other half 3 weeks before they cancelled I only picked bodrum for this hotel. Feel really let down. Have to find a new hotel ASAP:(
