We as a group would like to say thank you for your great services ..I had experience with you guys 2 years ago and recommended my friends to come with me .. at the beginning was a bit surprised because of some mistakes which hotel reception ppl did but later on your costumer relationship fixed ASAP n make our holiday as suppose to be.. We gonna leave tomorrow n some of us going to Iceland and rest of us heading out to Portland USA .. we wish you to seeing you all next years ?☀️

Everything was good especially the animation team and the show at night and the live music was so nice everyone from team was friendly especially chef Adnan and the animator Luca ??

Excellent location and the stuff is very kind but the horrible band music on the pool side ruined everything.. As the room window is too old to shut the huge volumed noisy music, we have too suffered two hour head ache noise from 10pm to 12 pm. So it's the worst hotel we ever stay!!!

Very nice resort hotel in Bodrum torba. Beautiful infinity pool with an ultimate length of 60-70 m. Thanks to Yasar Usta and team we had delicious dishes which changes regularly. Rooms are new renovated and have comfortable size. We loved the rain shower!!! Sanitation: everything new! High season challenge like in every hotel. Poolside: more deck chairs… Corona: everybody from the team is wearing masks and regular temperature checks are made.

We were satisfied with our stay. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with Sercan. Especially positive attitude, professionalism and friendly approach of Sercan and Kutsal were great. Sea and beach were amazing. Pool was big enough. Variety of the food and the quality were good. I usually offer suggestions for improvements (part of being a marketing manager), but proactive attitude of staff were covering missing points. Thank you very much.

Thank you for hospitalty. We stayed about 2 rooms, 2 nights. I stayed in june 2 days as well. When we stayed in june mini-bar was full but second time in october just water. It was service quality had declined. Also You can improve the dessert buffet a bit. When we sitting in cafe (ERHAN BEY) Guests relations meet with us and listening carefully and made our holiday best. Thank you Erhan for hospitalty.

The hotel is definitely not a 5 star rating The new staff is really not that good, cleaning service is poor and the food is always the same. I’ve booked 7 days in the hotel and the floor never got cleaned also the shower and the sink. For a five star rating Hotel it’s pretty hard. But one good thing about the hotel is the private beach and the water really clean and relaxing

Sadly, this has been one of my worst experiences ever. My comments here exclude some of the nice and kind personnel. This is a greatly constructed hotel complex but is run by extremely inexperienced managers. I'm going to highlight the positives and the negatives below : (negatives) - very very unhygienic. - the rooms aren't cleaned properly. - drinks are served at bars with paper cups and food in bars are served with plastic cuttlery. - totally inexperienced staff - no proper management in sight. - no one seems to be aware of what they are doing. - staff at bars don't know how to prepare cocktails - guests are in panic behaving like they own they own the place, bossing around - horrible mini bar in rooms - too much noise in the mornings coming from the restaurant area. - not enough bathroom materials in the room. - the bath is not cleaned. - you seem to tell everything to the staff before they know what to do. (positivite) - beautiful sea - nice setting - nice cafe with kind staff - Ahmet bey in the restaurant was kind and helpful.
