V60 Nedir?
Hario V60 ile diğer demleme yöntemlerine göre çok farklı kahve aromaları elde edebilirsiniz. Bu durum V60’ın üç tasarım faktörü sayesinde mümkün olmaktadır. 60 derecelik açıya sahip koni şekli suyun merkezden akmasını sağlayarak kahve ile daha fazla temasını mümkün kılar.
Koninin altında bulunan büyük delik ise suyun akış hızını belirleyerek sertliğini ayarlamaya yardımcı olur. Koni üzerinde yer alan yivli kanallar ise hem kahvenin daha fazla alan kaplamasını hem de daha fazla hava almasını sağlar. V60’ta kahvenin sertliğini çekirdeklerin çekimi ve suyun akış hızı ile belirleyebilmek mümkündür. Bu sayede V60 ile hem sert hem de yumuşak içime sahip kahve elde etmek son derece basittir. İnce çekilmiş kahve ve sürekli su akışı ile orta sertlikte; ince çekilmiş kahve ve yavaş su akışı ile sert; orta çekilmiş kahve ve sürekli su akışı ile yumuşak sertlikte; orta çekilmiş kahve ve yavaş su akışı ile yine yumuşak sertlikte kahve elde edebilirsiniz.

This is one of the few coffee shops when driving to Ankara. There is a Starbucks in Çorum. But this is just on the side of the road. Great lattes and services...
