Servise kültüründe mutlaka tüm siparişler aynı anda gelmelidir aksi belirtilmedikçe) kadın 5 dk izahat yaptı. Her türlü eleştiriye açık olduğunu kendilerini sürekli geliştirmeyi hedeflediklerini söyledi. Müşterilerin fikirlerini ne kadar dikkate aldıklarını hissettirdi bana. Garsonlar aşırı derecede suratsız ve ilgisizdi teşekkür ederim deyince bile cevap vermeyen insanlardı. Onların yüz ifadeleri ve davranışları bizi rahatsız etti açıkçası. 3 yıldızı kahvaltıya ve mekanın güzelliğine veriyorum. 2 yıldızı çalışanlar yüzünden kırdım Two of us came for breakfast, the breakfast was fine, only the french fries were less. Fazla samimi insanlar vardı o beni rahatsız etti. Müessesenin büyük olması bile onların genişliğini görmemizi engellemedi We used the vip hall and it was very nice. It was cold alone. Hizmet kalitesini beğenmedim. Kasada bir bayan var çalışanları dövecek gibi konuşuyor. Çaylar berbat. Künefeye glikoz basılmış. Şekeri boğazı yakıyor. Peyniri peynir değil. Memnun kaldığımı söyleyemem. The location is beautiful. The menu is quite extensive. The prices are expensive and if you think you will eat something accordingly, you are wrong (tea 3.5 TL, water 3 TL). I did not like the quality of service. There is a lady in the safe and she talks about beating the employees. The teas are abysmal. Glucose was imprinted on the kune. Sugar burns the throat. It's not cheese. I can not say that I am satisfied.
