I can say that it is a quiet place on the top floor of the elite restaurant, it would be much better if the music was a little better.

It is a decent place that belongs to the elit restaurant and is located on the top floor. It is one of the beautiful places you can choose in Muş to have something to drink and eat good desserts. The operators are also really very civilized and professional people.
