There were glasses on all the tables, they don't clean the hot chocolate, the glass was cracked, it was like a joke

Self servis olması da ayrıca kötü.
The environment is nice but the staff are mediocre. They don't know how to make coffee. three people make two coffees in fifteen minutes with so many tools.
Self service is also bad.
