★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location. Excellent coffee. Brilliant cakes and sandwiches. so many ice cream flavours. They sell chocolates. I strongly recommend a box or 3. Make fantastic gifts. Service can be slow but worth the wait. Love the chocolate spoons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service today after visiting this coffee shop. I’m disgusted by how we we have been treated. We are always polite and respectable. We were chucked our items and spoken to extremely rudely by staff. The hospitality in Turkey is usually second to none but in here if you are not a local there is no respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been this evening and bought almost 300 tl of chocolate, tuna sandwich, and porridge. I asked for packet service to which no one understood as the boy behind the counter told me 3 times to sit down the last time he raised my voice I know my Turkish is not great but packet please is easy to understand I have never been spoken to like this anywhere else and I Have worked in customer service most of my working life and this is not how to speak to your customers. I also find most of the staff miserable. Very disatisfied customer.
