★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iki bölümden oluşuyor. Sigara içilen ve içilmeyen bölüm olmak üzere. Kahveler güzel. Yemek servisi de var. Aileli, cocuklu ve engelliler için uygun. Engelli girişi var. Ortam temiz fakat servis iyi. Garsonlar tam olarak menüye hakim değil. Sigara içilen bölüm girişte bulunuyor. Burda Chai tea latte içtim şekersiz diyip şekerli getirdiler.
It consists of two parts. Smoking and smoking section. The coffee is nice. There's food service too. Suitable for families, children and people with disabilities. There's a handicap. The environment is clean but the service is good. The waiters did not fully control the menu. Smoking section is on arrival. Chai tea latte I drink here without sugar and brought sugar.

Özür dileyeceklerine bir de neden sinirleniyorsunuz demeleri yok mu zaten. Kahve Deryası markasına yakışmayacak bir mekan maalesef. Bu son gidişim. Beton duvarlara ve görsele onca masraf yapacaklarına, biraz da personel eğitimine önem verseler ne güzel olur. Ayrıca sabahları mekan buz gibi, bişeyler yiyene kadar donuyorsunuz.
The quality of service is beyond awful, even though I said that they were in a hurry, not to mention that they waited 30 minutes and then said they forgot to tell the kitchen, sullenly. Don't they have to say why are you getting angry when they want to apologize? Unfortunately, it is a place that does not suit the Coffee Deryası brand. This is my last go. It would be nice if they paid more attention to the training of personnel instead of spending so much money on concrete walls and visuals. Also, the place is freezing in the morning, you freeze until you eat something.

Employees and managers are friendly and sincere, we celebrated my daughter's birthday and we were very pleased. The price was both helpful and very reasonable, the cake was magnificent... I would like to thank everyone who contributed...
