 Even though I came to Cizre for the first time, the smiling faces of the working friends and the way they acted as if I was one of the local people, to evaluate the excellent service (on a student basis)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kahve getirdiler soğuk. Çay getirdiler galiba demliğin dibiydi. Mekan hoş fakat ufolar ısıtmaya yetmiyor çok üşüdük.
The coffee was cold. They brought tea, I think it was the bottom of the teapot. The place is nice, but the UFOs are not enough to heat, we were too cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servisi saçma, salakana gibi bomboş dolaşan garsonlar var, akıl edemiyorlar masalara bakmak için biri birşey istiyor mu diye.. servisi berbat yani. Bir istediginiz şeyi çoğu kez ikinci sefer soyletiyorlar unutuyorlar. Aslında kurumsal bir yer şikayet etmek lazım. Ya da garsonlarina eğitim versinler.
The service is ridiculous, there are waiters walking around empty like idiots, they can't figure out if someone wants something to look at the tables.. the service is terrible. They often forget what you want, they say it a second time. Actually, it's a corporate place to complain. Or let them train their waiters.

Kahvaltısı hem fiyat, hem çeşit hemde lezzet olarak bekleneni karşılıyor.
Tek gözümüze çarpan kusur Wc lerin aşırı kötü ve temiz olmaması. Bunu da Cafe yönetimine orada belirttik

I am sure that you will feel yourself in one of the western places when you come here, I say come and see for yourself that Cizre is the best with its excellent coffee flavors and food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arkadaşlarımız ile en son gittiğimizde kahvaltı fazlasıyla vasattı hatta gelen ürünlerin üzerinde ekmek kırıntıları, çatal kaşık izleri ve dahi ekmek izleri mevcuttu değiştirilmesini talep ettiğimizde üstündeki çatal işleri kaşık ile düzeltilerek tekrar önümüze koyuldu. Bu durum ile ilk defa karşılaştığımızı düşünerek yine de arkadaşlarımıza tavsiye ettik. Arkadaşlarımız ortak arkadaş grupları ile mekana gittiklerinde anlattıklarımdan daha fazlası ile karşılaştıklarını belirttiler ve mahcup olduk. Müşteri kitlesine bu şekilde yaklaşımda bulunarak ne elde ediliyor daha fazla gelir mi? Bilmiyorum lakin beni ve benim çevremde bulunan bütün müşterilerini kaybetti. Uzun lafın kısası kahvaltı çok vasat ve müşteri memnuniyetinin kesinlikle arka planda tutulduğunu düşünüyorum. Ben sürekli gittiğim mekanlar hakkında yorum yapan bir kişi değilim lakin karşılaştığım hususları belirtmek istedim.

Our friends stated that when they went to the venue with their mutual friend groups, they encountered more than what I had told, and we were embarrassed. What is achieved by approaching the customer base in this way, more income? I don't know, but he lost me and all his customers around me. Long story short, breakfast is very mediocre and I think customer satisfaction is definitely kept in the background. I am not a person who always comments on the places I go to, but I wanted to point out the issues I encountered.
