It is the cleanest fish restaurant of Kahta in terms of hygiene.
I recommend Mesut Usta, who makes delicious fish both grilled and pan-fried.

I think the name has changed to Ayhan Usta, but it is fine in terms of taste, the only problem is that the shop is closed when the fish season is over.
