Kafe Mahal

We decided to take a look at the Mahal. Serdar, who greeted us at the venue, is a very kind and gentle gentleman. When we said that we have been transferred to our hometown and we have just arrived, he kindly invited us and offered treats, and of course, we tried some of their delicious tastes, you should try the profiteroles and soufflé.

I will no longer be able to give any positive comments for this place that I liked very much before. Last night we waited 50 minutes for a coffee. We asked how many times why he was late, the last barista lady came and made a ridiculous statement as if I did not understand, the water did not rise. We are here for dinner now, because the waitress forgot the order, everyone ate their food, I'm waiting. They openly say we forgot. Unfortunately, business does not come with a dry apology. It will be more accurate if the staff who understand the job work. In addition, 1 minute after ordering, our friend at the table wanted to change his order, no, it was tried to be done, and the food came 45 minutes later. They are far from customer satisfaction. I would never think of coming again and would not recommend it to anyone!

We went for pizza a few days ago, but the pizza was great, but instead of the pizza, it was a complete disaster in terms of visual and taste.
