Garson bey şef garson diyeceğim fakat sadece bir tane olduğundan isimlendiremedim, cidden neden geldiniz ki tavrı ile hizmet ediyor tavırlarını hiç beğenmedik. Ergen çocuklar gibi üf püf şeklinde hizmet etmeye çalışıyor garson bey.
Yemeklerin fiyatları üst segmentte Bağlıcada açıldığı için fiyatları çevredeki işletmeler gibi yüksek fakat o fiyatlara daha nezih bir ortam olması gerek
Paket servis isteyecekseniz orası başka tabi pideleri fena değil kebaplar da ; ocak başı denince beklenim yükseldiği için yeterli düzeyde değil diye düşünüyorum.Bu arada çorba olarak kelle paça var ama aslında yok yani hiç güzel değil tadı tuzu
Dışarıda tüm piliç çevirme yapıyorlar ne alaka deseniz de ; Bağlıca da piliç çevirme alabileceğiniz yer olmadığından Aklımızda yer edebilir .
Bir de Ankara simidi çıkarmaya başlamışlar ki yok artık diyebilirsiniz.
Yani ismi Ocakbaşı ama konseptlerinin ne olduğu konusunda kafaları biraz karışık sanırım. Keşke açmadan masraf etmeden diğer restaurantları bir gezip fikir edinselermiş .
Dükkanın açıldığı yer de koca Bağlıca’da Ocakbaşı için en olmayacak yer yunus marketin diş hastanesinin avizecinin yanı ( esnaf lokantası zihniyeti yine beliriyor)
