Burcin Hanim, Derya Hanim, Immihan Hanim and finally Zeynep Hanim are the four fantastic ladies running this cooperation founded by ladies of Uchisar. Thank you ladies for your hospitality. You all were fantastic. ?

Limited offer, but delicious dishes, kind personnel, nicely designed interior, aimed rather at local residents or people who found out about the place through word of mouth, and not at the hordes of tourists who are looking for "typical Turkish" atmosphere. Women's business initiative worth recommending.

didn't find it very flavorful.
pasta was good. the ground pumpkin seed kinda killed it for me - but seemed a specialty...
stuffed florets were ok.
meat stuffed roti was ok. over minted so kids didn't like it much
