★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was crowded. Other than that they run an efficient operation. Was there 10mins before my appointment, was at the desk 2mins after. it all took 10 mins at most. Appointments are needed before coming here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't believe anything these over paid government employees tell you. They will straight up tell you one thing and than turn around and say something else after you pay their fee. My suggestion is go to a different branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of problems, but got what I wanted. Online appointment is necessary, but doesn't mean no waitline. İt was super crowded, seats in the waiting area didn't give good vision of screens, there was a sign: don't open the window, it's glass is broken. AC was blowing on to people in the waiting area. No proper information, a lady had to shout instructions...etc.
