This place is epic, the food was so good that I couldn't stop eating. The red peppers served were just the right amount of hot (my threshold is a little high, mind you). The staff was very very responsive and the shish-bin is an excellent idea! Planning to become a regular definitely!

They use rib meat in everything, from the Lahmacun to the Adana Kebap, and as can be expected, everything was delicious

Unbelievably tender, juicy and delicious cuts of meat. The lambs were the best I ever had in at least 40 years. Worth the travel to try. Very modest and unassuming setting in an industrial zone.

Amazing kebap. The way its supposed to be. Everything is delicious. Have themmserve you their standard menu, which includes kaburga sis, kebap yagli kara and ciger. You wont be dissapointed. Lahmacun and the starter saad is also delicious. They have teir own bakery oven so the flat bread is freshly baked for you as well. Have ayran or salgam juice with your kebaps. Two thumbs up!

Defined good but is it worth the hype and the long waits? Maybe yes and maybe no. Expect a wait during lunch and dinner. No reservations. Better for smaller groups as its easier to find tables for two or four. You can sit in front of the open grill if you want an experience. The skewers of rib and liver are the best. Rest of the options will likely be too much food. However might as well try the mixed plate while you are there. It will surely be a fast meal as they are fast at serving your table. I guess they need to turn those tables. They have a valet service which was 20TL during March 2022. Plenty of parking if you don’t mind a walk.

A very tasty experience. This placec is literally tucked between car Repair workshops on the skirts Atatürk Sanayi Sitesi. Since I have tried the original shop at Adana, I wanted to give this one a try. I guess I liked it even more. Thier Adana contains a higher percentage of fat than the ones you might be used for, but don't worry, they sizzle it slowly so most of the fats dripps off and what remains gives your kebab a riche, deep smoked and spicy flavor. I can describe it somehow like frying the kebab in its own fats. The ciğer was good, not dry and the fat cubes placed between the ciğer chopps will melt in you mouth like soft butter and a generous amount of spices on top. The star of the show was the kaburga, plentiful flavors.. meety, acidic, tangy, smoky with just the right amount of bite and a good amount of soft ribcage fats. Definitely worth trying ?
