Her zaman güleryüzlü ve ilgili moduyla sizi o bir saatlik derste, hem bedenen çalıştırıyor, hem de modunuzu "mutlu"ya çekiyor. Üstelik spor yapmış olmanın verdiği iç huzurla eve rahat rahat gidiyorsunuz. Hal böyle olunca da severek ve koşturarak derse gidiyorum. Eda Hocamın artı bir özelliği de sizin vücudunuzu iyi tanıyor, sınırlarınızı biliyor ve bu sınırlarınızı unutmuyor. Size ona göre egzersizler yaptırıyor. Gün geçtikçe de size hafif hafif daha zor hareketler yaptırmaya başlıyor. Böylelikle de gerçek anlamıyla kişiye özel bir spor yapıyorsunuz.
