Bir de üstüne mahkeme ile uğraşmak zorunda bıraktı bizi. ASLA KOSULSUZ GERI IADE DEDIKLERINE INANMAYIN. Helal etmiyorum hakkımı, hâlâ kaptirdigimiz paramızı almaya çalışıyoruz.

Pandemi nedeniyle almis oldugum tatilde, 65 yas annem ve 3 yasinda ki cocugumun sokaga cikma yasaklarina rağmen para iadesi yapmamak icin ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Uzun uğraşlar, şikayetler sonrasi parami sonunda aldim. Şimdi de özür telefonları açıyorlar. Sanki yaptiklari kepazeliği unuttuk, bir de erken rezervasyon döneminde tekrar kendileriyle calisacagiz!! Insanlari saf yerine koymayın. Daha yüzlerce misafirinizin önce paralarını ödeyin, sonra özür dilersiniz...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezervasyon yapıyorsunuz gittiğinizde böyle bir oda yok deyip suçu jolly ofisine atıp mağdur ediliyorsun.Ya ek yatak odaya koymayı teklif ediyorlar, yada fark istemek zorunda bırakılma riski yaşıyorsunuz ; yinede rezervasyonum değiştirilip farkı ödeyerek başka otelde konaklamak zorunda kaldım mağdur edildim olan hep tüketiciye oluyor maalesef

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kentsel dönüşümden çıkmış yeni fakat saçma sapan bir yapı. Üst kattaki pencere doğramaları iğrenç düzeyde kötü. Bina dış kaplaması binanın iğrençliğini kapatmak amacı ile yapılmış. Bu kadar kötüsü aramakla bulunmaz. Her yerinden su alan PVC doğramaların sızdırmazlığı için gittik ama yapmamak için elimizden geleni yaptık,o derece yani. Çünki bu yapıda hiçbir şey olmadı gereken gibi değil.
