Jiva Beach Resort

I enjoyed my stay at Jiva Beach Resort. It was an amazing holiday, the hotel is not so big, but is very convenient and cozy. Suits are very clean and spacious (family room). Beach has enough room for everyone and is sandy with little pebble. The food was absolutely delicious and various, we stayed for a week and menu everyday contained different dishes from different cuisines. We highly recommend this neat and cozy hotel for your holiday in Fethiye.

Definetly outdated hotel. I think its about 500 rooms and about 50 parking spots thats not even gated. Food is bad. Roomn A/C squeeks pretty bad that we turned it of mid summer nights. Oh, they didnt help with it either.They start removing food 30 45 min. early so, dont be late to your meal. Staff is not friendly at all except very few. Almost no acrivities at night except live music but, its pretty bad as well. Oh, cleaning staff purposley turns of your A/C mid day. They dont really clean the rooms at all. Family of 4 we waisted 1 week at this facility and never again. Be ready for suprises at the check out too. Also, dont waste your time or money for their Ala Cart restaurants because they are so slow and exremly bad food. I'd choose their already bad regular restaurant. This is all honest review, I cant think of anything good to say about this supposedly "5 star resort". Almost forgot to mention, its a very dark place, they use very dim lighting. If this was 3 star hotel at this place I would have 80 percent less complaints but over 100 euros per day it realy is that bad. Honest to God!

Excellent location just a 5 minute walk to Calis beach promenade. Food & entertainment was fabulous. Just booked to return next June . Rooms were cleaned daily. Towels for pool free. Spa ?

I have visited this place back in 2019, where they almost achieved a perfect score. Now in 2021, after two weeks of stay I've found out that a lot of small changes have been made and them all combined makes a huge difference. Hospitality was key on my first stay. Kind personnel, high standards, good food and everyone seemed happy. Now; personnel seems unhappy about their job and they are not afraid to show it. Which made us feel uncomfortable and not welcome. Food is the same everyday, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Most of the staff doesn't speak English properly. Especially disturbing when they work at the front office. Not even to start about guest relations, who started laughing when you hand in their desired questionnaire with remarks. There were three a la carte restaurants which you could get a ticket for one dinner per week of staying. Now you just get a ticket with a waiting line of a week for one of the two restaurants. Consistency is missing at the bar. If you'd go to three bars for the same cocktail, you'd return with three totally different cocktails because everyone is doing something behind the bar. Not to forget that someone got the idea to serve draft beer in paper cups...... I am here with my family and a baby, all you could wish for babies, is facilitated. Even a swimming pool in the shadow. The scenery, the cleanliness and the housekeeping services are really on point and makes it worth the stay. I have paid the same as in 2019, and I don't think it worth the same.

Amazing place to stay! 5 stars one of the best resorts to stay in the area. Staff are polite and professional. So much to do. Will highly recommend

This was our 2nd visit to Turkey. After years of going to the Canary islands we took the plunge and visited this stunning country a couple of years ago, and was disappointed - that we had not been here previously, so many years wasted!!! We booked this time to stay at the Jiva Beach Resort in Calis, near Fethiye. First impressions when arriving at the hotel was 'wow, this place is stunning!' and it only got better from there. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the facilities were great. We had a swim up room (104) which was perfectly located, it was right next to reception, and 20 seconds walk to the pool and pool bar. Wifi signal was also great due to its location. The food was out of this world, and for us is one of the big incentives to continue coming to Turkey as opposed to the Canary islands. There was always something for us to eat, and it was always cooked to perfection, no dodgy tummy or sickness here. The 'snack' bar on a lunchtime was more of a gourmet restaurant, serving incredible burgers, pizzas and other tasty food. All in all we loved our time here, a week wasn't long enough, we will definitely be back, and for longer next time, well recommended.

This was our first time in this hotel. What we loved about it was the staff and how welcome they made us feel. All staff were always smiling and very friendly. We want to thank Fatih bey at the reception because he always made sure everything was alright and kept checking on us. We also want to thank Sercan bey from Paprika à la carte because he was really nice and efficient. The cleaning staff, especially Seher hanim, were on point and always made sure we were not disturbed (even when they were cleaning the room next doors). We have stayed in the swim up room which was clean and very practical. Loved our stay, definitely recommend!

Good location, great clean rooms and a beautiful view from the window. of the minuses: little space by the pool, there is always a crowd; you can't eat anywhere after 10p.m. if not pre-registered; country disco with old-fashioned music; after midnight, all life in the hotel dies out, we could not find where we can drink a cocktail, everything was already closed. we booked a room by phone, the staff did not warn us upon arrival that we had an all-inclusive rate. rest in this hotel is not for the young and active!
