Very nice facility and friendly staff

Its personnel have the indispensable qualifications for the service sector. Educated, smiling, friendly and helpful, never exceeding the necessary distance with the guests. Thermal pool is sufficient. The pool looked nice because it was the beginning of April. The view and the weather are wonderful. The food is delicious. The coffee and tea break in the oxygen-rich fresh air against the view after dinner is delightful. Thanks to all the staff involved.

Facility, good service, excellent environment, sincere place to relax and benefit from the hot thermal pool and outdoor pool. I would like to thank all the staff, especially the management, for their success in managing the pandemic so sensitively.

We said we wanted to go in and have a look. Thank goodness they let me after the phone traffic. Our aim was to have a tea and learn about the services and prices and leave. We drank our teas. We paid our 10.25 TL account. We learned about pools, thermal facilities, prices, etc. When leaving, they made us pay a fee of 32 liras, which is a one-day facility usage fee. When we asked why we paid, they said that those who use the facility should pay for it. Good thing we didn't use the facility. We drank tea, we were informed. We did not take advantage of the thermal, we did not eat, we did not use a shower. The door is the wall. We paid the money and left. If you are bored, if you want to waste money, if you want to be bored even more, you should definitely stop by. You also pay the usage fee. What do you lack?
