About Jale Turk Muftagi

Lokantamızın sahibi ve baş aşçısı olan Jale Musabaşoğlu, 1952 yılında Ordu’da doğdu.
İlk,orta ve lise (Ordu Kız Meslek Lisesi) eğitimini Ordu’da tamamladı.1973 yılında İstanbul Beyoğlu Olgunlaşma Enstitüsü'nden mezun oldu.
Temel yemek kültürünü annesi ve babasının ailesinden aldı; Özellikle annesinin güçlü yemek bilgisi ve damak tadıyla yetişti.
Çocukluk yıllarından beri, Türk Yemek Kültürü ve Aşçılığına duyduğu merak, bu konuda onun çok geniş bir bilgi birikimi edinmesini sağladı.
2001 yılında iyi bir girişimcilik örneği göstererek, ailesi ile birlikte kendi adını verdiği restoranını hizmete açtı ve damak tadını herkesin beğenisine sundu.
Türk mutfağında geleneksel, natürel damak tadından vazgeçmeyen, üretimde ve hizmette daima kaliteye önem veren yaklaşımıyla sektöründe bir marka haline geldi.
Kendisi, 20. yılını dolduran restoranında, halen mutfakta aşçıları ve siz değerli müşterileriyle ilgilenmekte…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For home made food I do not know any better place place in Ankara which is in a central location. They use good quality ingredients. They follow classical recipes. They offer seasonal variations. Hamsili pilav was superb. Olive oil based cold dishes are very good, if you are fond of cold Turkish vegetable specialties. It is not cheap but it is not excessive for the quality it offers. It seems they have regulars who eat there daily. It can be a good place for small foreign groups if you want a selectıon of traditional home made food. It is possible to go and talk to them in advance and make arrangement, decide about a calmer period etc.
