Hemen çaprazında Ayasofya Orhan Camii bulunuyor. Çevresinde bankalar, resmi kurumlar ve lokantalar yer almaktadır. Park yeri bulmak için sahil tarafına yönelmek daha mantıklı olur.
It is a cute little clock tower in Iznik city center. quite an elegant appearance. It is in the middle of the roundabout in the center. Right across it is the Hagia Sophia Orhan Mosque. In the vicinity are banks, government agencies and restaurants. It makes more sense to head to the beach side to find parking.

Saat kulesi, sırasıyla inci dizili lotus motifli mermer bir el işlemesi, 60 cm yüksekliğinde Selçuklu yıldızını temsil eden mermer kazıma, 20 santim yüksekliğinde el oyması taş süsleme, sonra yaklaşık 2 metre boyunda İznik’in dört kapısını temsil eden çini panolar, klasik İznik çini desenleri, sonra, her bir tarafı dört medeniyeti temsil eden Roma, Arapça ve Türkçe rakamlardan oluşan bir saat bulunuyor. Anıtın en üst bölümünde ise, dört bir tarafında Türk bayrağı bulunan mermer blok üstünde kurşun bir kubbe, onun da üzerinde 45 cm yüksekliğinde ay yıldızlı bir krom alem mevcuttur.
