İznik Kaymakamlığı tarafından restore edilen tarihi binanın üst katı kaymakamlık tarafından kullanılıyor. Giriş kapısında "İznik Kültür Sanat Merkezi" yazıyor ama alt kat halen ilçe Nüfus Müdürlüğü olarak kullanılıyor. Toplam 2 bin 500 metre kare kapalı alana sahip olan binanın diğer bölümlerinin ise sergi, konferans salonu ve kent müzesi olarak hizmet vermesi planlanıyor.
