★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İnsanlar vakit ayırıp işletmeye geliyor fakat, İşletme açık olmasına rağmen sorunu çözmek için başka bir gunu bekliyor arızalı Xbox cihazimin basit bir arızası vardı ,verdiğim gün çözülebilirdi problem ama bekletildim.
Ne zaman cihazın sorununu anlatsam, çalışan arkadaşın verdiği cevaplar, zorundalik hissettiriyor insana ,müşteri ilişkisinide hiç beğenmedim.
People take time to come to the business, but the business is open, but waiting for another day to solve the problem. My faulty Xbox device had a simple malfunction, the problem could have been solved on the day I gave it, but I was kept waiting.
Whenever I explain the problem of the device, the answers given by the colleague make you feel obligated, and I don't like the customer relationship at all.
