It is a beautiful site where you can get away from the heat of Izmit from noise and air pollution. It is a beautiful site that passes a full 7 minutes 3 line public bus to the university. But there is a situation like the management has quit for the last two years.

(Deprem faktörü dahil) İzmit Kent Konutlari içinde hem peyzaj, hem site sakinleri, hem de malzeme kalitesi açısından en iyisi. Çoğunlukla öğrenciler, öğretmenler ve doktorlar oturuyor. Peyzaji gayet güzel, her yer yemyeşil, çeşit çeşit ağaç var. Onlarca metre uzanan bir mini göleti var. Güvenlik iyi çalışıyor. Site sakinleri de gayet kibar, nezaketli, eğitimli kişiler. 1+1 75m2 evlerinde hangar gibi mutfak ve hol var. Odaların büyüklükleri çok oranlı, güzel. İzmite yeni yerleşen gözü kapalı taşınabilir. Ulaşımı da çok kolay. Üniversiteye 10-15 dk filan otobüsle gidilebiliyor. Merkeze yürünebiliyor. Tek noksan tarafı sitede köpeğinizi dolaştiramiyorsunuz.
The best alternative to sit close to the university and the center in Izmit. Izmit City Housing (including earthquake factor) is the best in terms of both landscape, site residents and material quality. Mostly students, teachers and doctors are sitting. The landscaping is fine, there are many kinds of lush trees. There's a mini-pond that spins tens of meters. Security works well. Residents of the site are also very polite, kind, educated. 1 + 1 75m2 have their own hangar like kitchen and hall in their home. The rooms are very nice, multidimensional.
