Çalışanların güleryüzü ve otelin eski olmasına rağmen tertemiz pırıl pırıl olması en dikkat çekici bir özelliği bence. Çok ama çok teşekkürler
 Customer satisfaction and courtesy display, even if you do not go anywhere, you will understand that you are in Izmir. The most distinctive beauty is that it is in a perfect location. The friendliness of the staff and the fact that the hotel is spotless despite its old age are the most striking features of it. Thank you very much

They put the meeting room on the minus floors. Phones don't work. Think about it, you are on the panel for 2 hours and you cannot be reached.

Security guards are concerned, they solve your problems easily, but it is not possible to say the same for other employees. It's like they're fed up, they have a reckless attitude
